Milo is a young, brindle male Saluki (maybe a mix) that was left in a shelter in CA. STOLA tried as hard as we could to pull him as soon as the hold was up. The shelter had him for a month and just released him to STOLA. And thank goodness...because what an amazing companion this guy will be! He is located in CA, has been neutered, is about 1 year old, and is one very happy dog that yearns to have a loving family of his own!!
This long-legged male hasn't met anyone that he doesn't like yet and offers a game of toss to whomever is up to play.
"Milo is a very enthusiastic, happy, and bouncy teenage dog. He loves to meet new humans and adores being petted. He also seems to enjoy meeting lots of different kinds of dogs, and has play on his mind all the time. He loves all kinds of toys and will invite humans to play fetch as well as play on his own. He seems to have very nice house manners and is house trained, and knows how to sit and down on verbal cue. He is good on a leash, but could use some more practice with heeling. He loves to eat and is very interested in treats. He does well in an exercise pen, and is learning how to settle in a car. He would be an amazing companion for an active family, and maybe wants some playful dog friends. He would be best with a home that realizes he still has a lot of learning to do, but he seems to enjoy the process, and is a quick learner. "
Remember...secure fencing required!!
